To support this concept I developed the personality and character for Park Lane’s lovable icon, Parky the owl. His wise words on everything from Santa Claus to skydiving were created as tweets, a calendar and direct mail materials. Thought provoking, witty and sometimes outrageous, I created a bank of Parky quotes for a whole years’ worth of social media activity. Instagram in particular was a great hit, with followers hungry for their daily dose of Parky wisdom. His chirpy chatter and tweets to woo have brought character and customer engagement to a pioneering company.
